RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.  

We try our very best to take accurate pictures showing the size, color and details of our jewelry, If you ever want additional pictures or videos before placing an order or purchasing a piece please reach out through email or DM

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of purchase.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders, Wedding + Engagement Collection. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
